EPHosted chosen by the Audi quattro rooms
Parrimark Technology, the specialist provider of software solutions to the meeting and events industry, has successfully implemented venue and event management software, Events Perfect, at Audi’s prestigious new venue, the Audi quattro rooms. The installation includes the new Events Perfect application EPHosted, the company’s new fully hosted event planning and management solution. The software will also be used at central London venue, Mayfair Audi, which is also managed by the Audi quattro rooms team.
Events Perfect is a specialist venue and event management software package designed to optimise event organisation and management. The software covers every aspect of event management, from reservations to resource allocation to room configuration, and can increase profitability by making the managing process easier and more efficient.

EPHosted
With the new Events Perfect application, EPHosted, users can access their Events Perfect system from anywhere via the web, including access from iPhone and other smart phones. EPHosted runs direct from Parrimark’s own secure server, so has eliminates the need for customers to have costly and extensive computing infrastructure to use it.
Reeves continues, “Having recently taken on a second venue, in the form of Mayfair Audi, one of the challenges we faced was the infrastructure needed to run venue and event management software in tandem across two venues, so we were impressed to find this was not a problem we faced with the Parrimark solution. Furthermore we can access the system from anywhere with full backup of our information managed by Parrimark.”
